Shipping & Delivery

Purchases made online are to be collected at the store of your choice on the day designated for pickup. Please beware that due to food safety reasons we can only store any ordered cakes in our fridge for a maximum of 2 days, starting from the pickup date. Cakes will be disposed of after 2 days.

 

Privacy & Security

Please note that the credit card transactions will be processed through Fatzebra, credit card numbers are not stored on our servers to ensure your security.

All checkout pages with the https://www.breadtop.com.au/store/ website are sent over SSL/TLS connections. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology (the successor technology to SSL) protect communications by using both server authentication and data encryption. This ensures that user data in transit is safe, secure, and available only to intended recipients.

Ordering

Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type, message, pick up date and nominated store are correct before you place your order.

Once the order is confirmed, the order will be charged to your account and delivered to the nominated Breadtop outlet as specified.

Please present a valid order confirmation email upon the collection of products.

Personal data collected during ordering will be used for the purpose of processing your purchase orders.

Acceptance of payment will not be deemed as acceptance of the order by Breadtop Pty. Ltd. Breadtop Pty. Ltd. reserves all rights (including without limitation to rejecting customer’s order) with notice.

Photos are for reference only. The colour of the product may vary from the photos in different lighting and environment. Products are subject to change without prior notice. The photo shown is referring to the minimum size of the cake, a cake’s appearance may be different when in larger sizes.

Breadtop Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time.

Changes and Cancellation

Customers may request changes or cancellations for their orders by emailing the respective regional offices:

To ensure timely processing, customers should send their request and receive an email confirmation at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup. Please be aware that an administrative fee of $5.50 will be applied to any changes, and a cancellation fee of $10.00 will be charged for cancellations. Refunds, net of the cancellation fee, will be arranged to the customer’s nominated card by Breadtop. It is crucial to note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled without an email confirmation from our head office.

 

Refund

When picking up the order, please check the cake before leaving the store. If the cake is damaged or different from what you have ordered, leave the cake with the pickup store and inform the staff you would like a refund. Alternatively, if there is a quality issue with the cake and you would like a refund, please return the cake to the pickup store with the order details. The full amount will be refunded to the purchasing card within 7 business days.

 

Breadtop Loyalty Program

How to Join

  • To join the Loyalty Program, customers have the option to register either in-store for a physical card or online at https://w.abacus.co/signup/3632269 for a Digital Loyalty Card. The Digital Loyalty Card can be stored in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet of your smartphone.
  • A fee of $3.00 is payable if a physical loyalty card is requested.
  • The Digital Loyalty Card necessitates a unique phone number for verification.

Points Collection

  • Points can only be earned at the point of purchase nationwide across selected Breadtop stores in Australia by scanning the Breadtop Loyalty Card.
  • Please be advised that not all of our stores are participating in this program. Kindly consult with the staff at each individual store
    for clarification.
  • Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $1 spent at Breadtop.
  • Purchasing Vouchers or Gift Cards is not eligible to earn points.
  • Online Pre-orders from Breadtop official website are not eligible to earn points.
  • Points cannot be earned in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 
  • The Digital Loyalty Card will display your current point balance. Points earned from any purchases might update instantly or up to 12 hours to your Digital Loyalty Card.If not, reach out to us on info@breadtop.com.au by sending the receipt or purchase proof over.
  • Kindly scan your loyalty card and check your current balance before we proceed to enter your purchases. Failure to do so may result in the inability to accumulate your reward points.
  • Printed receipt will show your points earned from the current transaction.
  • Retroactive claims for points from previous transactions or receipts without card member detail and points earned printed on the receipt will not be allowed.
  • Members can view balance but not points earned transactions from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. An admin fee will apply for a request to extract transaction history. 
  • Points accrued in multiple loyalty cards cannot be combined unless they are all linked to the same mobile number.

Points Redemption

  • Upon accumulating 200 points and if your current purchase exceeds $5.00, you qualify to redeem those points for a $5.00 discount on your purchase.
  • You can only redeem 1x 200 points each transaction even if your points balance is multiples of 200 points.
  • Only one loyalty card can be scanned each transaction. So there is no option of combining points from different loyalty cards to redeem for one purchase.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • Unredeemed points will not expire.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Physical Cards

  • Breadtop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards.
  • A $3.00 fee is charged for a physical replacement card.
  • Points from lost/stolen cards can be transferred to a new card upon request, customers need to provide their previous membership number and verify the mobile number linked to the membership number for an eligible transfer. While efforts are made to transfer the full points balance, Breadtop is not responsible for points lost before the transfer.

Stamp Loyalty Card

  • The Stamp Loyalty Card Program remains active. Instead of transferring stamps, we kindly request that you continue using your current Stamp Loyalty Card until it is finished. Please note that points cannot be earned simultaneously on the Stamp Loyalty Card and QR code Loyalty Card.

Changes of Breadtop Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  • The terms and Conditions of the Breadtop Loyalty Program may change, and members are advised to refer to the latest details regularly.
  • Breadtop reserves the right to cancel, change, modify, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at its discretion, affecting existing points and rewards.
  • Any changes to program terms will be posted online for review. Members are responsible for staying informed and compliant with the terms.
